Our story
Resolution Property Buyers was founded by CEO John Nicol following his own experiences with unscrupulous property buyers.
Very much a people person, John has always had a volition to help others, and was delighted to realise his long-standing ambition to work in property buying.
A long career in the public sector has given John invaluable experience and insight into what you need, and he’s now proudly at the helm of this singular vision.
Mission statement
It’s our mission to help you to get the best price for your property without adding to the stresses of what can be a difficult time. While we love what we do, we appreciate that having to sell a property can be high on the stress list.
We are always conscious of a duty of care during what may be a difficult and emotional time following a bereavement, divorce, or retirement. The last thing anyone needs is to be exploited when they’re vulnerable.
